Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

• Order Processing Stage: Refunds will not be processed if the order has reached the "processing" stage (Assigned to an Astrologer).
• Order Execution: No refunds will be processed once an order has been executed. To cancel an order before execution, contact customer care within 1 hour of payment. Refunds are at the Website's discretion.
• Technical Issues: Technical delays or glitches during report generation are not eligible for refunds.
• Incorrect Information: No refunds will be issued for incorrect information provided by the User. Requests for corrections must be made within 1 hour of service execution.
• Product Damage: No refunds will be processed for damaged products post-delivery. For “Cash on Delivery” orders, the User will be charged for the product, shipping, and any applicable charges if the product is returned.
• Subscription and Transit Damage: Refunds may be considered on a pro-rata basis for delays in subscription services or transit damage.

Product and Service Display:

Display pictures are for reference only. The Website will strive to deliver products as shown but no refunds will be issued based on product appearance.

Services and products are not replacements for medical or philosophical treatment. The Website is not responsible for the efficacy of astrological effects.

Call with Astrologer Feature:

No refunds will be issued for wrong contact numbers or missed calls. Users should ensure the contact number is active and answer calls when received.

Refund Deductions:

Refunds will be processed after deducting transaction charges, shipping and courier costs, customs duties, and any other incurred charges.

Payment Issues:

If facing server-related issues, check if your bank account has been debited before making a second payment. Contact customer care if the account shows debited. Refunds for multiple payments will be processed minus transaction charges for only one order.

Order Cancellation:

The Website reserves the right to cancel orders due to non-availability of service, pricing errors, or other issues. Amounts paid for canceled orders will be refunded.

Quality Audit and Refunds:

By requesting a refund, you agree to allow the quality audit team access to chat/call recordings to determine refund eligibility. Refunds, if granted, will be credited to the sriagasthiyanadi wallet and may take up to 72 hours.

Refund Considerations:

• Network issues affecting calls or chats.
• Language issues with consultants.
• Delays in consultant responses.
• Inappropriate or irrelevant responses from consultants.

Product Delivery:

No physical products are shipped worldwide. Astromall products requiring physical delivery are only deliverable within the specified regions.
